Brian Oswald

With over eleven years of experience in the field of Substance Use Disorders (SUD), Brian Oswald has dedicated his career to the transformative power of residential treatment. As a Co-Founder and Certified Supervised Counselor-Alcohol and Drug (CSC-AD), Brian combines clinical expertise with a deep, personal understanding of the recovery journey.

Philosophy of Care

Brian’s work is driven by a core belief: Recovery is a fundamental shift in perspective that is available to everyone. He recognizes that early recovery is a season of both significant challenge and immense joy. By ensuring that an individual’s basic needs are met in a stable, structured environment, Brian helps clients clear the path to focus on what matters most—building a lasting foundation for a new lifestyle.

"I feel so strongly about this level of care because, when done correctly, it is a complete life-changer. It provides the space for a person to move beyond survival and begin truly living."

Co-Owner & Counselor

Patrick Roderick

Co-owner & Counselor

Compassion Driven by Experience

With over 12 years of professional experience in the substance use disorder (SUD) treatment field, Patrick Roderick helped found this program on a simple but powerful belief: that every individual deserves a treatment plan as unique as their own story.

Patrick’s approach to clinical care isn’t just shaped by textbooks and certifications—it is deeply rooted in his own personal journey of recovery. This lived experience allows him to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and genuine, human empathy. He understands the courage it takes to walk through our doors because he has walked that path himself.

Some of Patrick's most enjoyable moments as a clinician is watching relationships being mended and families being brought back together through the recovery process.

A Holistic Vision for Healing

As both the co-owner and counselor, Patrick remains "on the ground," working directly with residents to navigate the complexities of early sobriety. His philosophy centers on:

Evidence-Based Care: Utilizing proven therapeutic modalities to address the root causes of addiction.

Relatable Leadership: Fostering an environment of transparency, where residents feel seen and heard, not just "managed."

Long-Term Empowerment: Shifting the focus from simply "stopping the use" to building a life that is actually worth staying sober for.

"Recovery isn't just about putting down a substance; it’s about picking up a new way of living. My goal is to show our residents that a fulfilling, vibrant life in recovery isn't just possible—it’s waiting for them."
